About Baroque Beads

Angie and Nick decided to set up this company as a consequence of trying to find beads to use in our own jewellery which we have been making on commission and for presents on and off over the years. We decided that it would make economic sense to import directly from places like India, China, Indonesia and Thailand in bulk and then sell the surplus stock. We now do this via bead fairs and local markets. We had our own web site showing
some of our jewellery but it soon became obsolete so here we are with a new interactive site that hopefully will be easy to use and for us to update.

As we are based at home we do not have the overheads of a shop to run so can sell our beads at very competitive prices and we keep a wide ranging stock. We also have many other items in limited quantities which are not listed because we are not sure if we can obtain them again so do feel free to enquire about your wants.

Our jewellery listed here is all designed and made by us, the beadwork done by Angie, the castings done by Nick. We accept commissions and will be happy to offer quotations for this and for pattern making for precious metal casting, stone cutting, polishing and drilling, so if you want to replicate an existing piece or modify a fitment, we can probably do it.

The findings used on our jewellery are nearly all sterling silver. Some is imported, some hand made and some commercial. Where a finding is not silver it will be stated.

The easiest way to get in touch with us is to use the contact us button and email. We can be reached by telephone on 01883 623144. We will also be at several of the bead fairs and craft events around the south of the country. So far these are:
